What does an AI Readiness Audit actually involve?
I start with a call to understand how your business runs. Then I map your key workflows, talk with you and your team, and find where time and money are being lost. You get a written report with specific recommendations ranked by impact, each with an estimate of what it's worth.
What does it cost?
The first call is free. The audit is a paid engagement, scoped to the size and complexity of your business, and I'll give you a clear number after we talk. Building the fixes is priced per project, and you decide what gets built.
Do I need to understand the technology?
No. You know how your business works, and that's what I need from you. I handle the technical side and explain everything in plain terms before anything gets built.
Do you handle IT support too?
Yes. I can set up and look after your network, Wi-Fi, computers, email and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, backups and basic security. Before software, I was a network engineer, so this is familiar ground.
How quickly will I see results?
Most improvements are operational, so they work as soon as they're built. I prioritize the fixes that are fastest to implement and worth the most, so you're not waiting months to see a difference.
